Jeff Sanders, Chairman of the Board
Jeff Sanders founded Eclipse Electronic Systems in October 1993, and grew the company to $44 million with 135 employees. Eclipse supplies specialized, software-defined receivers for the intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) markets. In December 2010, the company was acquired by Estelline Corporation of Bellevue, Washington, a $1.6 billion public company, for $125 million, and Jeff remained as CEO until 2012. Since retiring from Eclipse, Jeff has become an investor in iRF and several other high-tech electronics endeavors.
John Neubert, Vice President/General Manager
John Neubert remains responsible for integrated P&L achievement, divisional planning support, and strategic plan realization. He joined the Hunt Valley team (M/A-COM SIGINT products under Tyco Electronics) in 2006 as a principal engineer specializing in embedded design and DSP. He grew within the organization, holding roles with increasing responsibilities including Director of Engineering and ultimately General Manager since 2010. Along with much of the Hunt Valley iRF team, John led the organization through the transitions from M/A-COM (under Tyco) to Cobham and then to iRF.
Michele Evans, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Michele Evans is responsible for financial operations at iRF. Since joining the company in 2014, Michele has overseen all forecasting, accounting, and financial systems. A native of the Baltimore area, Michele‘s background in operations and finance are an important component in iRF’s success. Prior to joining iRF, Michele held a variety of finance roles. Most recently she was the Controller for RLTV, a network serving the 50+ audience. She was also the CFO/Controller at Diffinity Consulting and the VP of Financial Operations at Kelly & Associates Insurance. She earned a B.S in Accounting at University of Baltimore in 1997.
Jim Dorsey, Chief Technical Officer for RF Products
Jim Dorsey provides design expertise and technical oversight for new product development efforts, advanced technology development, and continuing production support. During his nearly 20 years with the Hunt Valley SIGINT product line, Jim served as Product Line Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and Chief Engineer before becoming CTO with iRF. Prior to his employment in the SIGINT business, he spent more than 11 years in RF, microwave, and analog design in support of defense electronics products.
Chris Martins, Vice President Business Development
Chris is focused on the further development and growth of iRF markets, customers and strategic partnerships. He brings over 20 years of RF applications and Business Development experience, and has held senior roles at General Dynamics, Mercury Computers Systems, Watkins-Johnson Company, and co-founder of Advanced Radio Corporation, which was acquired by Mercury Computer Systems in 2004. Chris received his B.S Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and M.S. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.
